• An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) shows how energy efficient a property is.  The EPC provides a rating of the energy efficiency and CO2 emissions of a building from A to G, similar to the ratings found on white goods.  This allows buyers or tenants to check a buildings energy efficiency and CO2 emissions before they rent or buy.

• A Display Energy Certificate (DEC) displays the year on year energy performance of a public building with the aim of improving its efficiency each year. 

•  A Legionella Risk Assessment ensures your property complies with the HSE Approved Code of Practice L8 for the control of legionella in water systems.  This is commonly known as ACoP (L8). 

• Floor Plans can be provided in black and white or colour.
